Charles M. Carrow,
RPA, SMA
Charles M. Carrow, RPA, SMA is the founder, President and CEO of Carrow Real Estate Services, LLC. Mr. Carrow has been active in real estate, property management and construction since 1983 when he completed his service in the United States Navy. Prior to founding Carrow Real Estate Services, LLC, Mr. Carrow served for more than 20 years as a principal and senior executive at one of the region’s most successful real estate companies where he had been involved in property management, construction management, leasing and development.
Mr. Carrow previously served as a Board Member and acting Treasurer of the Downtown Albany Business Improvement District. He is qualified as a Real Property Administrator (RPA), a Certified Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA) and is also an IRS Section 42 Housing Tax Credit Certified Specialist. Mr. Carrow is past-President of the Capital Region Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) and is an active member of the Building Owners & Managers Institute International (BOMI) and the Society of Property Professionals.
Anthony J. Carrow
Anthony J. Carrow, RPA is Executive Vice President for Carrow Real Estate Services, LLC. Mr. Carrow oversees the overall property management and operations responsibility for all real estate in the Carrow portfolio. He has considerable experience in facility operations, property management, project management, contract negotiations and client relations.
Prior to co-founding Carrow Real Estate Services, LLC, Mr. Carrow was a Senior Manager with one of the region’s largest property management companies. Mr. Carrow currently serves as Vice President of the Capital Region Building Owners and Managers Association. He has earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation and is an IRS Section 42 Housing Tax Credit Certified Specialist. Mr. Carrow is a 20 year active member of the Westmere Fire Department in the town of Guilderland, NY and served as Fire Chief from 2000 to 2006 and Fire Commissioner from 2006 through 2010.
