Jeff Santore

As a “hands on” property manager with over 28 years of experience in construction, building maintenance and property management, Jeff has managed a combined 2 million square feet of office, medical, retail, and industrial properties in Western and Upstate New York. He has been qualified as a Real Property Administrator (RPA) by the Building Owners and Managers Association.

Born and raised in the Capital District with a degree at Hudson Valley Community College, Jeff has been active in the community coaching youth travel baseball, volunteering as a board member for North Colonie Youth Baseball, and involved with numerous community organizations including Habitat for Humanity and Joseph’s House of Troy.

Family is important to Jeff and he enjoys watching his son wrestle and play baseball as well as watching his daughter cheer for Shaker High School.
