Charles M. Carrow

Charles M. Carrow, RPA, SMA, is president and CEO of Carrow Real Estate Services, LLC. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company - from business development and strategic planning to tenant/buyer representation and advisory services. His experience spans three decades in the property management, leasing, development and construction industries.

For Charlie, Carrow Real Estate Services is a labor of love. Under his leadership, the company has flourished from a small, family real estate firm into a growing national presence in the property management and development industry. IN that time, clients and colleagues alike have come to know of him as determined, loyal, and honest. Charlie has spent his entire career ensuring that each and every negotiation, deal and project benefits his clients, and his hard work has earned the company an enviable and loyal client roster. He has established a well-deserved reputation for hard work, ingenuity and integrity - not only for himself, but also for the company as a whole.

A decorated U.S. Navy veteran, Charlie strongly believes in giving back to his community and regularly supports regional and national non-profit organizations. He is a past president of the Capital Region Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) and is a member of BOMI and the Society of Property Professionals.

As a New York State licensed real estate broker, Charlie has managed millions of square feet of commercial properties nationwide. He is a qualified real property administrator (RPA) and a Building Owners & Managers Institute International (BOMI) certified systems maintenance administrator (SMA). Charlie is also a certified specialist for IRS Section 42 Housing Tax Credit transactions.
