Denise Sherman

Denise Sherman is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Carrow Real Estate Services.  Denise is a Retired Army Major who was a leader serving service members and the community.  Her skills as a Logistics Officer are adapted to support the industrial and multifamily real estate industry.

Denise’s passion to building the community involves Autism Awareness.  Her passion stems from raising their son with autism. She’s a member of Parent to Parent of New York State as a Support Parent to help other families who are raising children with a disability.  

Denise is also involved with Veteran Mentorship.  After serving in the military she continued supporting veterans.  She partnered with Saratoga County Veterans Peer to Peer Connection as a mentor for veterans who are experiencing post-traumatic stress symptoms.

Denise is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, Greater Capital Association of Realtors, and the Global Multiple Listing Service.
