Joe Nacco

As Vice President for Property Management Services at Carrow Real Estate, Joe’s overall portfolio responsibilities include over 2 million sq. ft. of office and retail space. Joe joined Carrow in September 2022, he is responsible for all Property Management operations including financial performance and capital projects to ensure assets are being managed at the highest level.  He is leading a team of 4 Property Managers, 9 Maintenance staff, and the management, financial performance, and staffing for the portfolio.  He also works with the Carrow team on the transition of new Carrow property management business.

Joe relocated from Phoenix, AZ to work with Carrow. In Phoenix, he oversaw over 2 million sf. of office, retail, industrial and mixed-use properties for ScanlanKemberBard as a Senior Real Estate Manager. Joe has an extensive background in the security services field as well. He managed the security for over 25 million sf. of Macerich malls in the Eastern US Region.
